Amy is honored to serve the families of our community during the profound journey into parenthood.  She believes that in supporting mothers to go beyond surviving to truly thriving, the effects are far reaching into healing our communities and our planet. Utilizing a graceful, therapeutic touch to encourage deep relaxation, Amy pulls from a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, skin stretching, shiatsu and muscle energy techniques to meet clients where they are at on any given day. She welcomes women at any stage of life, whether they are in need of support with their reproductive health, looking for pain + symptom relief or to simply refill their cup.​
