Our mission is to help you regain healthy movement so that you can get back to doing what you love to do. We do this by:
What We DoWe are a specialized mobile and concierge physical therapy practice serving Colorado’s Boulder County and surrounding areas. We provide highly skilled, evidence-aligned, and compassionate care for people with pelvic floor dysfunction and related orthopedic issues. We are science-forward and refreshingly creative, applying our physical therapy expertise to our philosophy around wholehearted and holistically-minded care. We see pelvic issues as a part of your whole body—not just limited to the muscles of your pelvic floor. From pregnancy through postpartum recovery, sexual health/intimacy struggles, persistent pain conditions, bowel/bladder problems, and the natural changes that occur throughout our life spans, our most important goal is to help the whole you. We Work with People Who Need Support with:
I’m on a mission to modernize and enliven pelvic and whole-human health through education, research/science and a fitness-forward physical therapy philosophy. We can and need to expect better healthcare that helps us pursue greater fitness, wellness, and vitality throughout our lives. Injuries, wear-and-tear over time and the natural wonders our bodies can achieve, like pregnancy, can result in issues with our pelvises that can limit us physically and mentally. To me, the essence of physical therapy is in helping you return to being able to do what you love to do, and in inspiring you to sustain that level of fitness over time. A little bit about me — I’ve been a physical therapist for nearly a decade, specializing in clients with pelvic health and related orthopedic issues, pregnancy and postpartum care, and complex and persistent pain issues. Beyond being a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified clinical specialist and business owner, I’m also a mom and wife, hiking devotee, amateur photographer, bookworm and a somewhat successful kitchen enthusiast with an Italian bloodline. As a seventh-generation Coloradan, I also have a deep love for my home. The wide open skies, mountain slopes, winding trails and fresh ski slopes offer unlimited outdoor activities. Like many who live here, I find peace amongst the highest trails, slopes and forest beds (although since becoming a mother I’ve had to be a bit more creative in finding space to do so). So, if you have pelvic issues, let’s talk them through and identify what we can do to help. These issues should never be the source of shame or a cause of struggling in silence. We’re here to help you get the care you need, learn what you can do to care for yourself and be the next step on your journey to getting back to doing what you love. Education + Credentials
