As a mother of two, a clinical social worker, a long time birth and postpartum doula, and with years of ongoing training, I come to you with heartfelt understanding, witness and creativity to support you to live into the life-altering time of pregnancy, birth and early parenting.

  • To witness the full range of feelings
  • To identify inner and outer strengths
  • To explore and manage expectations
  • To uncover what is lost and gained in becoming a parent

  • To discover, center and voice your needs
  • To create new pathways of communication with those you love.
….with the goal of allowing you to establish more trust within, and find a growing belonging to yourself and the loving mama you already are.

We’ll pay attention together, build capacity to tolerate the full range of parenting experiences and make this time about more than surviving — and indeed, a place of thriving.
