• Tools for “self-regulation”:  ​​Understanding your nervous system so that you can be more “regulated” and you can help your infant or toddler be more regulated

 

• Therapeutic support after difficult or traumatic birth: Somatic tools for making sense of a birthing experience that was not what you planned or expected

 

• Therapeutic support for the stresses of the first few years of parenting: Somatic tools that address disruptions in bonding and attachment

 

• Trauma “touch” skills:  Learn “touch” skills that can relieve trauma/stress for yourself and for your infant/toddler
